Yay! I'm so excited that I lost 1.8 lbs. That puts me at an average of 1.6 lbs a week which is right on target. I must admit I was nervous about getting on the scale this morning after this weekend, but I guess I didn't need to worry. So now when I stay on track next weekend I hope I can see even better results. I worked out 4 times last week which included 3 Couch to 5k workouts and pilates. My goal for this coming week is to workout at least 5 times.

  1. Good work. Way to power through. I know ACC weekend was tough. But not as tough as it was for UNC. HAHA. I am hilarious.
