I am very excited that I lost 2.6 lbs this week! That puts me down 11.8 lbs in 11 weeks. It is really started to show that staying on track and working out pays off. I worked out 6 days this week. My workouts included 3 Couch 2 5k workouts, 1 Cardio Dance class, 1 upper body Wii Active Sports workout, and 1 Zumba class.
On another note Happy Birthday to my bestie Beezus5! Also Happy Cinco de Mayo! To celebrate Beezus5's birthday we are going to eat at Cuban Revolution tonight and going to go and see Wicked. It should be a great time. I am planning on studying Cuban Revolution's menu today to come up with a plan of what to eat tonight. I find that planning ahead when eating out helps a lot. Does anyone have any tricks or tips that they use when eating out?

ReplyDeleteCongrats on the loss! When eating out, I practice portion control big time. Ask for a box when they bring your food, then immediately pack up the extra food before eating. I can get at least 2-3 meals out of a standard restaurant serving usually.
