No big surprise here that I gained this week. Over the weekend I did not stay on track and I only worked out 3 times this week. My workouts were a CardioJam class, Yoga/Core workout, and a Step Class. Yes I decided to try step again on Monday. It was a different step class though then the other one I took. It was much better! There was more repetition of the moves so it was easier to keep up with. Also there wasn't an 80 year old man who asked me if I was keeping up okay.
What I have learned is that I completely suck at staying on track when I'm out of town. Luckily I do not have anymore trips planned until October. I just need to get it in my head that just because I'm on vacation I can't eat whatever I want. I need to treat it like I'm at home. Oh Team McRosen also came in dead last place overall at the 2010 OIB Olympics. I really think it takes a lot of effort to be able to pull last place off. We had a great time so that's what really matters. Thanks Team Jellisen for hosting us!
Oh Team McRosen!! But I liked the uniforms!! Better luck next year. And hope you enjoy your time at home - sometimes that's just perfect :)
