Weekly Wednesday Weigh In

It's time for some major changes around here! I gained again and not just gained but gained 2.6 lbs. I really did not have my head in the game. I ate whatever I wanted whenever I wanted.  I was on vacation and somehow translated that to vacation from eating healthy. Then when I got back I figured I already messed up the rest of the week so what was the point of being better for 1 more day? Terrible attitude I know. I am moving forward and making changes! I felt so awful when I got on the scale this morning. For about 1 minute I contemplated not blogging and taking a hiatus from the blog but I knew that would go no where positive and that I needed to own up to my actions.

As of this morning I'm back on the wagon and being very conscious of following WW points and working out. I thought with my attitude change and recommitted to getting in shape I would also change the background of my blog. Do you like?

I worked out 3 times this past week. My workouts were 2 runs and 1 strength/ cardio group workout class at my new gym. Yup after my sinful weekend I came home Monday and went straight to the gym.  I was really impressed with a gym that is close to me. It was really well kept up, clean, nice staff, and they have over 45 group exercise classes a week. I hope this will help change my workouts up some and keep me from getting bored.   My goal for this week is 2 workout 5 times. I want to get 3 runs in, 1 Zumba class, and try 1 new workout class.


  1. Kudos Jenni for still blogging! And I do like the new background! I think it's good to mix it up. Congrats on finding a nice gym close by - I know u'll have fun with the classes.

  2. yeah way to power through on the blog. now we just gotta pump up the volume, pump up the jam. i'm just trying to be inspirational. working out should be easier though now that you have a gym you like. it helped me out.

  5. Getting back on track is key and you've done that. That's the hardest part. Good for you! Before you know it you'll be enjoying goal weight and wondering why it ever seemed so hard!
