Weekly Wednesday Weigh In

I am excited that I lost 1.4 lbs this week!  I feel like I am getting back on track. I worked out 4 times this week. I did 3 Couch to 5k workouts and 1 Zumba class.  I am repeating Week 6 again this week of the Couch to 5k program before starting Week 7 on Saturday.  On Monday I did a 20 minute run and it was the first time I was able to do it without stopping at all in the middle.  I am excited to see progress in my running.  I also am glad that I did not schedule to run a 5k the week after the program ended.  I like that I have time to  repeat weeks if I need to.


This weekend I also went to a fabulous bridal shower for the bride to be that was hosted by my friend JMJE and MoYoung.  JMJE even made mini cupcakes . I had 1 mini cupcake it was great that they weren't regular size and that many more calories.  They also had a fruit and veggie tray that was a nice option for people that did want to eat tons of calories.


  1. Great work. However, I am a little sad that you did not mention the bridal shower you attended this weekend and how I made mini cupcakes so that you would not have to eat a giant one.

  2. Way to go! I knew you'd start seeing positive results again soon. Now that you've been doing this for two months and you've seen steady progress, it shows that you can make it work no matter what challenges life throws your way. I'm so proud, keep it up!
